If you got a technical error and couldn't figure out the reason please send a message to techfriend@frendini.net . Your email must include the following details:

- what browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera...) you used and which version

- what you tried to do

- copy-paste the full contents of the address field in your browser (for example "http://www.frendini.net/eng/index.php?option=com_content&task=section&id=3&Itemid=33")!

- what messages / images were in the browser window (if you know how to make a screen capture picture (also known as a screengrab) please send one
